Choudhury
Social entrepreneur and inclusion campaigner. He helps organisations expect different minds, not just accommodate them.
Inclusion isn't a destination. It's a practice, one that requires us to constantly reimagine how we see, support, and celebrate human difference.

About Atif
Atif Choudhury is a Brighton-based social entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades building inclusion into real systems, not just talking about it. He is CEO of Calling All Minds, the neurodiversity specialists he co-founded in 2011, and the co-founder and campaigns director of Zaytoun, the world's first Fairtrade Palestinian olive oil cooperative, which he helped start in 2003.
His throughline is justice. The same commitment to fairness runs from co-founding a Fairtrade cooperative for Palestinian farmers to reshaping how organisations include disabled and neurodivergent people. He speaks from lived experience rather than theory, on disability inclusion, neurodiversity, social enterprise and wellbeing inclusion in the age of AI.
- CEO of Calling All Minds
- Co-founder and campaigns director of Zaytoun CIC
- Trustee of Disability Rights UK
- Adviser to the World Health Organization's rapid assistive technology board
Speaking topics
Atif delivers keynotes and workshops at conferences and inside organisations across the world. Every talk is grounded in lived experience, and every one names the barrier before the fairer system that replaces it.
-
Expecting different minds
Why organisations should design for neurodivergent and disabled talent as a source of strength, rather than retrofit space for them as an obligation. The argument that unlocks the hidden assets in everyone.
-
Wellbeing inclusion in the age of AI
How to lead wellbeing and inclusion as the technology accelerates, drawn from his session Moving at the Speed of Trust. Psychological safety and lived experience, kept at the centre.
-
Social enterprise and trade justice
Building fairer systems in practice, from co-founding the world's first Fairtrade Palestinian olive oil cooperative to challenging injustice and dismantling systemic barriers.
-
Disability inclusion and neurodiversity at work
Reimagining inclusion through intersectionality, lived experience and structural change, so it becomes a capability an organisation keeps building rather than a compliance checkbox.
Consultancy
Atif also advises organisations on disability inclusion and social enterprise strategy as ongoing work, not a one-off talk. If that is where you are heading, start with a conversation.
